Original Message I'm with you. I work at a base where I'm home every night and I love my 4/3. We are a busy base that does the majority of our flyin at night, so 7 straight nights can be pretty rough, the 24 hrs off midweek is always a nice little break And the whole claim of 8/6 is nonsense. You are bumping your last couple shifts by 12 hrs so I guess technically you could say you are working 7.5 with 6.5 off but the reality is if I finish up on wed evening or thursday morning it really doesnt matter, I end on night shift and dont really care if I'm sleeping at home or at work for that last night. The pros of the 4/3 3/4 definitely outweigh the cons. |
