Original Message OP: The 200 hours night is likely an insurance or accreditation requirement; so there's not gonna be alot of flexibility there.
As far as the others chiming in on how HAA needs guys with more experience, well... yes and no. Any segment of the helicopter industry benefits from having more seasoned, experienced pilots. But there's nothing so particularly demanding or difficult about HAA that would prevent a guy/gal coming from tours from doing well. I've been at it over 6 years... nothing special. |
