As expected the educated military checked in. Short story everyone, people that went to higher education don’t often work in blue collar aviation. Pilots that work 180 days a year on the road AND can fly power line are more rare every year. Haverfield, Winco, PJ will fold or pay loads to find talented guys with road stamina.
In the mean time ex mil managers will wonder why every pilot doesn’t have a 135 certificate in his pocket.
