I mean I know what IIMC is, but several times in this video he just says "inadvertent meteorological conditions" not "inadvertent instrument meteorological conditions"" and "modified VFR" not "marginal VFR". Call me a stickler for terminology, but I kind of cringe when I hear people say things like this. and lately I'm hearing more med crews say this and have no idea what it is. 

He's not wrong on pressure and culture though. I worked there a few years ago. Was crazy And I don't even want to put it on a resume.
