do it. It's probably like a yacht registration in that there is a specific amount of time it must be in the state to require registration. That's why mega yachts go offshore every 59 days. They would have to register at 60 and it will be big bucks. If it's not defined (I'm guessing it's not) too bad. If it is, I'm sure they are well aware of it but thanks for the scary warning.
