I just don't get it. 20+ years in EMS with 2 vendors and I love my job. I look forward to working with almost every medical professional at my base. I treat them with respect, I am proactive in base chores, we take turns cooking meals. I help them with bags and lifting patients and they help me wash the aircraft. We gather regularly for drinks on our off days. 

If you are miserable at every EMS job you've had, my guess is that you're the problem.
