Original Message You realize PHI has the LAMPS system in the A/C for a reason correct? Its for monitoring A/C performance and flight profiles....some of which will get flagged and you can expect a call when certain parameters are met or exceeded. Perfectly reasonible. But to monitor any flight just because you feel the need to spy on your staff seems like an over-reach and you may put undo stress on an already anxious pilot afraid of exceeding a rate of descent or bank angle. It's just not a good idea. Have some faith in those doing the right things and have discussions with those having LAMPS exceedances. |
