Original Message The employees were promised to be paid a wage (bonus) for staying with the company. Those are now employee wage claims, which is first to be paid. CBA or not, those employees already worked for that compensation. So, regardless of the CBA, they would be paid. Each employee would have a separate claim to the bankruptsy court for wages earned here! And, they don't need a union or a CBA for that! |
