Original Message Na. The mistake is understaffing/missmanaging the payroll department.
This issue, rolling out changes without testing or communicating, no effective ovesite or controls to catch small or glaringly large inconsistenties, unable to communicate with payroll personel, closing support tickets prior to issues being fully resolved, all point to the same thing: unsupported workforce in payroll.
I don't think it's a plot, just poor 'cost savings' choices.
