10 years and 4 scores ago the brilliant minds of RLC hired many zero experience national guard mechanics mostly from Mississippi at very low wages. They then demanded the experienced higher paid mechanics train these aholes with there bad attitudes and already know it all fools. 

As per instructions from the head-shed , the targeted higher paid older guys began getting harassed and stabbed in the back by the usual lazy butt kissing lead mechs

I could see the layoffs coming and planned my exit accordingly , one month after my exit, the axe swung and heads were lobbed, I felt sorry for the poor pilots having to fly shoddy maintained aircraft .
