Message Before they would just cut pay by a huge % and then let people quit on their own. They also would layoff the higher paid pilots to save on money. It tended to happen during changes of management as well. That is back when housing was in a rough trailer park with crackheads and you had to justify why a flight leg took you 3 minutes longer one day as compared to another because the customer didn't want to pay the difference. There was only 1 76 back then.
