Stop spewing this bonus/add-on/incentive crap and adding it to your salary. Those are not salary and can and will be taken away at a moments notice.

The starting BASE pay is between $80k - $95k. Don't try to sway the numbers like the Just Helicopters / Vertical poll does every year. You do not make as much BASE PAY as you think, we helicopter pilots are bottom of the barrel my friends, and we have made it that to ourselves by doing stupid stuff like pretending that a bonus add-on is somehow salary.
