is waaaaay Higher...Starting at around $95k (which is on job postings) then add in your Geo Mod on there and whatever stipends...some bases top off at at around $125k or more....i started off and negotiated my pay with the recruiter and went thru HR for approval with my previous experience etc and SPIFR time, they started me at $98k without any modifiers etc....
