Flying between 500-1000ft agl is the safest altitude for helicopters. Pilots who say otherwise are deep-state liberal actors who want to reduce noise signature over big cities.


I'm sure you can explain that and have facts to support your position?

Personally, I believe you're safer higher than 1000' agl. Higher means extended glide after a power failure to more possible safe landing sites. And you'll see more from a higher cruise. Five times as high is five times more area visible and five times more time to make your intended point of landing. 

The higher you cruise the fewer weekend pilots you will have to see and avoid. And- you will have to see and avoid weekend pilots. They're too busy trying to maintain control of their aircraft to look outside, especially in any part of their traffic pattern and approach to landing.
