Pay is not as good as some companies but better than others.  Overall the culture is nice.  Seems that the turnover is less than most companies.  Though they are smaller so its hard to comapre the numbers....  The 100% employee medical is awesome for the civilian pilots...  If you work far north or east bring a parka for 4 months per year.... if you work on the west side bring an umbrella.
