The $100k IFR base pay is based off of job postings I've seen on our interal website. Same with the VFR base pay. The IFR bonus is actually the only really good thing about the pay because it is actually an hourly bump. So, if you do a workover shift you get 1.5x your entire base pay and not a pay cut because an IFR stipend is just month. LFN HR has a pay scale, but it isn't available because they don't want it to be.
