As the title says, I left the industry around a decade ago, I was working for Airmethods at the time. I haven't been back here for a really long time, but I am working from home today and bored and logged in. 

It doesn't seem like much changed, same complaing about AMC. Same MIL vs CIV stuff, robbie arguments, etc.. 

How has the pay changed over the last 10 years? I hope you guys are making more money than we were ten years ago. How about safety? Any tangible improvements for pilots?
