While transferring an extremely sick patient and where time was of the essence I almost crossed over a power station while enroute to the receiving hospital. Normally I would have flown a few miles from the station but as the crew were working ferociously on the patient the most direct route was necessary. I have no doubt ATC was aware of my routing due to ADSB etc.

Has anyone ever had a call from the FAA for flying to near a powere station while transfering a patient by HAA?
