Incorrect...CA"s voted between 108 or being on their own, as "B"-urger "K"-ing withdrew 109 from the ballot because "BK" was upset the CA's did not want "BK" to negotiate for them. This was one of the demands by "BK" to join 109. Vote total for 108 was 33 yes, 1 no, and 1 abstained out of 40 CA's. End of story on that one.

108 is everyone else other than 109 in the heli industry that has Unionized. They are well funded and give everyone the autonomy for ther contract, with full finacial support. 109(BK) refused finnacial support during the CA's negotations demanding OPEIU pay the way. Which is not normal protcol for a joining group.

As far as decertifing, the CA's won the vote by 74% out of 41 CA's at the time. AMC has hired since hired local Denver CA's all of which support the Union efforts due mainly to cost of living, so this number has increased. Others that may talk decertification are identified as traveling CA's that are either anti-Union or friends with AMC managment.

At the end of the day 108 giving the CA's the ability to negotatie on their own contract without interference, legal support when needed, and a Board that will not try to mandate or influence the elected CA holding the chair seat.

As for "BK"..well thats what Kings do sit around and promote lies and deception to try and control the naraitive and of course they have nothing better to do. I think we all have had enough of this topic and its time to move on. Good luck to the CA's!
