As it is based in the US and if you visit the website and see who has been previously honored, it makes you wonder why the current recepients to be are even considered. Hence the posting here, PPRUNE has some insight but as you noted let them discuss the Royals and his contributions.  As he resides in the US now really has no bearing on his selection.
