There are enough hungry pilots out there willing to pay out of their pocket to work for a company. Or since some of the bigger oil and gas companies are down there it would just be a commute for them. That's the downfall PHI is there a lack of housing they provide. They're never gonna catch up to what the industry is doing. Even the oil and gas side provides housing for 14 on 14 off
