Employees are appreciated and paid what they are worth.PHI Air Med used to be great but changed drastically under previous president and still current HR. Made the company look better on paper while screwing over the line level mechanics. No one listens to people complaining, turning down job offers, or leaving. In this tough time of finding quality mechanics they better pay up for quality mechanics before they kill someone!
