109 does nothing for this industry. There hasn't been a contract for a while and the only thing it's done has continued to let air methods fall further behind. The reality is Air methods pays poorly and the only thing they lead the industry in is job openings. A new contract isn't going to suddenly push them to the top. At best you might hope for parity when the others bump up and leave you behind yet again. Helicopter unions have no teeth. Never have and as a result are a joke.
