Not enough interest , all the calls have had less than 30 people participate in any discussion ,, yet now want to talk smack.. 

The vote will have a low turn out and most just want to get the 15K retension and run elsewhere.

hope the union have not  wrote the 15k into the TA , with a no vote AMC can blame union, when they dont pay it
