They have been thru it and they lost a lot of employees.  The president of the company which got fired kept saying that all these companies giving big bonuses and pay raises would be the first ones to go and fail and that they weren't going to chase the market.   well look at them now. Offering $50,000 sign on bonuses to $15,000 sign on bonuses for clinicians and pilots. Guess who's chasing the  market now
