No training cost, left the army flying rotor and let unlce sam send me back to Air Force flight school To get my stuck wing transition. Drill in the air guard is even better than the army. All nice hotels no tents! To each their own but financially today it is a hard sell to tell a young pilot to pursue a helicopter career.
