 I'll be the first to burst your bubble.  Human External Cargo will never be drones. Linemen have a lot of trust in pilots that move them around on a line and will never go for some man bun with an ipad flying them remotely.

 Of course wire pulling and ladder hanging will also never be successful remotely.
