It is not a bad gig. Every regionAl manager is different but if you take care of the a/c nobody will mess with you. It's not like the GOM though. Clean up your grease prints and keep it looking nice. Every hospital program is different but just be cordial and don't argue with med crew or pilots. Work as a team instead of the us against them mentality. 
If you worked in the GOM then you know how to work quickly and efficiently. That already gives you an advantage. I personally get paid more than at the big 2 operators in the gulf. Benefits are comparable. The he culture is vastly different-but better. Ramco sucks. The hardest part of the job is learning the processes. Every operator does things a bit differently. 
If you're responsible, self motivated and ethical it's a fantastic place to work. If you were a plug in the GOM it isn't the place for you.
