I see a couple roving openings at AMC that I'm interested in and wanted to hear from Mechanics who are employed or were employed by AMC? Is the maintenance culture and expectations there reasonable? Is the Pay worth the work required or expectations? Pay range for well seasoned mechanics? What various schedules do they offer for roving technicans. At my current employer it seems there are about 15 different schedules for base mechanics and rovers with very little standardization between contracts? Management? Seems alot of places struggle in the middle management area and this can make life miserable. How good are the benefits? Cost of medical, vacation, sick or PTO schedule? 401k? Thanks for any inputs that are actual valid points. Yes I know I can call their HR but I'd like to not go in blind if I'm gonna open that discussion.
