Let the med crew fly since the operators prefer them over the pilots. I left HAA years ago and I'll never recommend it to anyone. They used to have a surplus of pilots to choose from, and now they can't keep or recruit people. No sympathy for these companies who distribute life-long medical debt and take paramedic Joe-Bob's middle school education over a pilot's experience and training.
