exactly what he said!!! No way I'd ever have the benefits I have today versus HEMS. The 401ks in the helo industry are a complete joke, pay as well. Hope y'all sleep nice tonight at the base knowing a 24 yr old is making 150-170k year 2 or 3 at his legacy carrier. Year one at a regional is 90-100k with kids having 750 TT !  Yes gramps,  23-24 yr olds are now at legacies!! Every day you dont make the jump is another day of less seniority!
