If it's in the RFM, that's the limit, if your personal limit does not reach that limit, and as stated by the individuals above, you need to get out of this industry and go find something in an air condition room. 

We all know that individual that turns anything down if it's too close to his break time, it's too late in the evening or he just doesn't feel like it. My present base all the pilots want to work and have a good work ethic. The base I used to work at two of the four were worthless that base has been closed down.
