get rid of that union and you'll wish you were never in the helicopter industry.  Unions succhk but trying to deal with "management" on all this stuff is nothing short of impossible.  You will take yourselves so far backwards you'll certainly not want to be known as one of the original organizers to achieve that.  Talk about being black balled!!
