The recruiters are useless. They seem to reside on some major power trip. Ask them a question they can't answer and you're blacklisted. There are plenty of qualified pilots. Just no way to streamline them into the system passed the Prima donnas. Cut the whole group loose and start over. And yes, have been offered a position a couple of times.
