i got my FULL bonus with AMC and MTC upon successful completion of my check ride within the next pay period....not spread out....and if you think about the National Pool Slot they are advertising, think twice about it...they will stick you at ONE base and keep you there. Usually one of their contract bases that No One wants to go to...You "go where the companies needs are" and they will stick you there indefinitely till filled....plus the Manager over the Pool Pilots is a Idiot and won't barely fill in when he needs to to milk his position....He has Zero management experience....
