Got yer attention! Why is everybody so tribal anymore? If you don't like the looks of it either don't sign up for service or just don't purchase one. It's like a kindergarden on here.

Personally I don't give a hoot what it looks like, if it's quiet and has good communications component and weighs nothing what's not to like (price be my guess) I had an old SPH4, yes 4, that weighed a ton, probably have neck issues because of it (well, because of the FS/DOI requiring it!!) doing slingwork with a headset is a lot less tiring on the old neck, nevermind cooler in the summer.
