10 years with AMC and didn't feel supported at the base level. Going to annual training was a nightmare because you were afraid you could lose your job every time. Pay was below par and I felt it was more about the share holders than the employees.

At Med Trans now for 5 years. Training is training, where you are not afraid to ask questions. I don't mind going now. Pay is currently above Par but the company is losing the Mom and Pop feel. Still a good place to be.

Most often it's the people at the base level that can make for a good job enviornment versus one that you put up with. I am happier at Med Trans but there are too many factors to put one ahead of the other.
