nice try, they are workover hores!  Most the time they dont want to be home with their families. These companies have been doing fine because of their work overs. Reason why they dont want to pay more, thinking the overtime will stop. Keep us just at the brink of needing overtime to pay for extras in life.

Laughing in the end, longer they hold out from paying the more they will be paying us.

School factory is not producing these RARE jobs, home time is rare, working 16 hour days, high divorce rates, pay is not great unless you have pensions like the retired 90 percent that are working now, hardly any young helicopter pilots, school will cost 150 thousand while they get 15 bucks for 5 years just trying to get to this side of the industry. Push to fly while you watch a lot of dipshuts out there flying in weather they should not be. These 3 companies have monoplized it so well, soon forcing their own down turn.

One company is so large, you do not matter

Another is flying Antique aircraft paid off decades ago,

While anothers motto is call us if they decline it!!
