Message I remember when the TH-67's (206B3) at Rucker(Novosel) were having cyclic hydraulic anomalies.
One IP at Cairns lost an arm (they were taxiing at the time and aircraft rolled and he said he fought the controls but couldn't correct in time) and there were at least 2 more occurrences I personally heard about (another at Cairns and one at Shell as Shell had a few since they were divesting the 58A/C's).
Also, how about this? Any kind of Fiji NTSB report for it? Pretty significant noseover.
