Uuuuhhh... No. Not new sources or new pools. Those are already there, how about we learn why people are leaving for better opportunities and start with fixing the reason people are leaving. Or how about we look at how do we help attract pilots to this industry. I'll start by saying we should treat them like the professionals they are. Give them a pipeline to not enter the industry $100k or more in debit to only make $70k after 10 years of service. No, sign-on bonus' are not how you help that.
