around March/April you would get a Bonus...it was for Profit sharing if the money made over its goal dummies...had nothing to do with Retention....It always matched about 1 week worth of pay AFTER TAXES...to the dummy that got $276 blah blah that was a QUARTERLY Safety Bonus dummy....The last couple of years it has been rare to get that Profit sharing check...but depending on how much you made blah blah I got $1800 less taxes
