is what I understand to be why there is the limitation of 84 knots over 75%. It would be an overtorque inspection but the degree would depend on how high and for how long. I knew a guy that got into a L4 for a day and flew it all day at 80-85 because he forgot or didn't know of the limitation. He let MX know and they were not concerned.
