Are people on their second career that would get on their knees and blow anyone to be able to get their start. I've seen people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to become a pilot late in life thinking they going to make it into the industry and be successful when in reality they don't have what it takes to get into it. Being young, free, dumb, not held down in anyway, makes it a lot easier to go out and secure those few thousand hours to break in.

the days of having 1500hrs min are over, there is alot of competition out there currently.
