The Crane serves it's purpose well, as there's more and more urban interface issues a tanked ship is useful, and the tanks on the Chinook does not have the same effect (yet) in spite of what Coulson advertises. Also while the Crane has some Mx downtime it is not nearly the amount of  a 47's unavailability time.
