a disability check and having a valid FAA medical...that is BS. All of your references are for individuals that did not disclose it on their paperwork. Lying on the form is what the articles reference. You disclose the info. the AME/FAA does what they do, and you move on. Been doing it for the last 20 years, easy peasy. If you lie on the form, you may have a problem, doesn't matter which question.
