If actions violate company HR policies file a grievance just make sure you can back up your claims. We had an instructor pilot at my company that did exactly that. CP got wind of it and started calling bases and found there was a pattern of unprofessional behavior and now he works as a line pilot. If he's done it to you then he's done it to others.
