You didn't mention what sector your working and if you are working under a 145 repair station or with you A&P on the 135 side.  I am also 10 plus years experience on various airframes working the 135 side. My annual base salary is $100K before any overtime and I sleep in my bed most nights, I'd say 95% of the time. These days entry level,with no experience and your A&P is $40K
