Med crew are always starting with sick folks most of the time-Why do you think they call it practice PIC?  We own it on the back end-for days, months, years while Sit up front oblivious to what's really going on.  Obviously more people "die" in the back based purely on statistics alone....  Im sure your crews love you sparky.....
