The medical crew at my base is always reluctance to take flights and put in a lot of effort into manipulating the pilots. They only want pilots who will comply with their requests and be complicit with them in manipulating the company.

This conduct is causing significant delays and disruptions and contributing to a divisive and toxic work environment.
