Weird. When I was in HAA, there was far more pressure from the med types to turn down flights in perfectly safe weather conditions than pressure from them or management to take flights in cruddy conditions. I found that whether or not there was a college football game on television that the nurse or medic wanted to watch had far more effects on how safe the weather was than things like ceiling,vis, cloud coverage etc.
